Don Moore has been a jeweler for many years. In the 70's he worked for about 3 years in Las Vegas as a jeweler. He manufactured Wayne Newton line of jewerly and built jewelry for many stars. Buck Trent, Roy Clark, Oak Ridge Boys, Lola Falona and many more. He often talks about a ring he built for a 5 Karate Diamond. Don moved back to McCook Nebraska and opened a shop called the Gold Factory. He likes to hand engrave and ended up in the Western Trophy Buckle business and had 7 other helpers. It wasn't very long before Western Horseman Magazen notice all the rodeo buckles that were being made in Nebraska. Western Horse did a 3 page story on Moore and pictures of his shop. Behind his Jewelry shop he has a roping arena where many jack-pot-roping were held.
